The S800C series high-performance miniature circuit breakers protect cables and wires against overload and short circuit. They have a rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 25 kA at 240/415 V AC. In addition, it can be used for voltages up to 254/440 V AC and for DC voltages. With its thermal tripping mechanism it offers effective protection against overload, just as its electromechanical tripping mechanism does against short circuit.
