1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on enyxo.com is:

Bimpex GmbH
Karl-Ferdinand-Braun-Str. 5
28359 Bremen

Managing Director: Amir Barin · Phone: +49 421 98974540 · Email: hello@enyxo.com

For privacy questions, contact hello@enyxo.com.

2. Overview

We process personal data only where necessary to provide this website, to handle your requests, or to meet legal obligations. Legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual steps), (c) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interests).

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies or third-party analytics services.

3. Hosting

The website runs on the Odoo software on the Odoo.sh platform of Odoo S.A. (Grand-Rosière, Belgium), which provides servers, database and email delivery. Processing takes place in data centres within the European Union. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place.

Where sub-processors in third countries are used, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 45, 46 GDPR).

4. Server logs

When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after 30 days at the latest unless needed to investigate security incidents.

5. Strictly necessary cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie (session_id) that links your sign-in and your inquiry list (cart) during your visit, and a cookie for your language choice (frontend_lang). The storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested (Sec. 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

6. Quote request and contact form

When you send a quote or contact request, we process the details you provide: name, email address, company, phone number, country, message and the requested parts. Required fields are marked.

The purpose is to handle your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We are notified of new requests by email.

Requests that do not lead to a business transaction are deleted no later than 24 months after they were handled. Quotes and business correspondence are retained in line with commercial and tax retention periods (Sec. 257 HGB, Sec. 147 AO; 6 or 10 years) (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

7. Email contact

If you email us (e.g. hello@enyxo.com), we process your details to respond (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The retention periods in section 6 apply.

8. User account and sign-in

No account is needed to send a request. If you create an account or sign in, we process the necessary data (email address, name, company, sign-in time) to provide the customer account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

9. Fonts and product images

All fonts on this website are loaded locally from our server. No connection is made to Google or other font providers.

Product images, including manufacturer photos (e.g. from Siemens AG and ABB), are stored on and served from our servers (section 3). Viewing a page does not connect to any manufacturer’s servers, and your IP address or other data is not transmitted to manufacturers. Copyright in manufacturer photos remains with the respective manufacturer and is credited below the image.

10. Recipients

Your data is only shared with the host (section 3) as processor and — where necessary to fulfil your order — with suppliers, carriers and customs service providers. It is never shared for advertising purposes.

11. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Contact hello@enyxo.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen (datenschutz.bremen.de).

12. Changes

We update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
